Our website build service starts from £499 for a simple site with one years support and hosting. The price varies from there depending on complexity and function.

- The design process begins with a consultation with our designer.

- We then begin designing the main homepage, making as many amendments as needed until your are 100% happy with the overall look and function.

- The rest of the website pages are then designed. We’ll help you develop your content: all the text, images and interactive elements such as contact forms.

- Once the full website design is finished we create the code for the website, including the custom content management system (CMS).

- The next stage involves you checking all the content is correct, whilst we test all the technical, design and accessibility elements prior to launch. This is called the beta testing stage.

- Following the beta stage, the website is then ready to go online and will be uploaded to your host server. Your site is now live and able to be viewed by anyone on the internet.

The key to creating a great site is to get a good design brief from you, which is why we take the time to fully understand your requirements. We also keep you updated at each stage, making any adjustments as needed. You also get to sign-off on the final design before it goes through the coding and launch phase.

Our standard web design packages take between 2-3 weeks to build, while a more complex project like an e-commerce website takes 3-6 weeks to build.

Yes, all our web design packages include registration and setup of a domain name for your business. However if you prefer to register the domain yourself we can then easily integrate it with one of our web hosting packages.

We offer 12 month’s free web hosting with all our web design packages. Thereafter the cost of hosting starts from £99 +VAT per year, depending on the specification of the website and the size of the hosting needed to run it.

The two continuing costs of having a website are the domain name and the hosting. Domain names cost around £10 a year. As part of one of our website design packages, there is one year of free hosting included.

The project starts with a 35% deposit. The remaining 65% is paid once you are totally happy with the final website build and it’s ready to go live.

Yes, every bit of the website we build for you is 100% owned by you. Most of our clients stay with us for the life of the website. However, if for any reason you decide you would like to take your website to another hosting service we will be happy to assist you in making the transition as effortless as possible.

Yes of course, you own everything that Woolly Rhino creates for you. If requested we will provide a one-time full backup of the website.
